This is a foundation computer course for studio artists. The course covers basic instruction using computers for painting, vector drawing, image processing, photographic composites, typography/words as art, animation, research, and internet publishing including HTML coding. Emphasis is on conceptual and creative processes. Art and design principles, aesthetic decision making, and visual effectiveness, digital ethics, and sustainability are addressed.
